A campanha ocorre anualmente durante o m\u00eas de maio e conta com diversos eventos e atividades organizados por governos, ONGs e outros atores em todo o mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o Maio Amarelo, cidades como S\u00e3o Paulo, Brasil, participavam ativamente da campanha para promover h\u00e1bitos de dire\u00e7\u00e3o seguros e comportamentos respons\u00e1veis no tr\u00e2nsito. A iniciativa geralmente envolvia campanhas de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, workshops educativos e diversas a\u00e7\u00f5es para incentivar motoristas, pedestres e ciclistas a serem mais cautelosos e atentos nas vias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As principais mensagens e temas do Maio Amarelo inclu\u00edam:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dire\u00e7\u00e3o Respons\u00e1vel: Enfatizar a import\u00e2ncia de obedecer \u00e0s regras de tr\u00e2nsito, evitar distra\u00e7\u00f5es ao volante e n\u00e3o adotar comportamentos agressivos ou imprudentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguran\u00e7a dos Pedestres: Conscientizar sobre a vulnerabilidade dos pedestres e promover o uso de faixas de pedestres e travessias designadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguran\u00e7a dos Ciclistas: Defender melhorias na infraestrutura para ciclistas e incentivar tanto os motoristas quanto os ciclistas a compartilharem a via de forma respons\u00e1vel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>E assim foi feito aqui em S\u00e3o Paulo, em v\u00e1rios supermercados e shopping centers.
