Encerrando o ano de grandes realiza\u00e7\u00f5es do ProjetoAtendentes Muito Especiais – \u00a0A.M.E., Paulo Policastri, nosso aluno da primeira turma do curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Atendentes para Eventos, participou de palestra ministrada pela professora Regiane Serrano, nossa volunt\u00e1ria e colaboradora desde o inicio do Projeto, durante encontro da ABEOC.<\/p>\n

Encontro da ABEOC seguido de palestra sobre inclus\u00e3o<\/p><\/div>\n

A palestra aconteceu no Hotel Intercontinental, na Alameda Santos, na regi\u00e3o da Avenida Paulista em S\u00e3o Paulo. \u00a0Participaram do encontro os associados da ABEOC e seus convidados. \u00a0O evento foi um grande sucesso e fecha, com chave de ouro, os trabalhos realizados por essa importante iniciativa de inclus\u00e3o. \u00a0Ainda termos muitos desafios no ano que se inicia e esse grupo de volunt\u00e1rios altamente especializados e motivados deve ainda trazer grandes conquistas para nossos atendentes muito especiais.<\/p>\n

Encontro ABEOC no Hotel Intercontinental<\/p><\/div>\n

O Projeto ainda n\u00e3o completou um ano desde a primeira reuni\u00e3o de volunt\u00e1rios,em maio deste ano no audit\u00f3ria da UBRAFE, uma de nossas parceira, mas j\u00e1 conta com apoios de peso e volunt\u00e1rios extremamente motivados. Formado por especialistas, pais e profissionais das mais variadas \u00e1reas, o grupo vem construindo uma metodologia que visa incluir pessoas com s\u00edndrome de down e outras leves limita\u00e7\u00f5es intelectuais no mercado de trabalho na \u00e1rea de eventos.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 conseguimos iniciar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de nossa primera turma, que ser\u00e1 conclu\u00edda agora em janeiro. Tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 colocamos atendentes em v\u00e1rios eventos este ano, como o Brazil Promotion, o Pr\u00eamio Caio e agora o encontro da ABEOC de final de ano. \u00a0Em todas essas oportunidades, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de nossos alunos foi muito elogiada e serviu para quebrar preconceitos e mudar paradigmas com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 pessoas com limita\u00e7\u00f5es especiais. Estamos provarndo que com dedica\u00e7\u00e3o, esfor\u00e7o, bons profissionais e muito trabalho \u00e9 poss\u00edvel inclu\u00ed-los no mercado e trazer grandes recompensas para todos, tanto aos pr\u00f3prios atendentes, quantos aos\u00a0contratantes que, al\u00e9m de um trabalho social tamb\u00e9m se beneficiam da grande empatia que os atendentes t\u00eam com o p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

O Projeto tem se mostrado um grande sucesso. \u00a0E ainda nem conclu\u00edmos a primeira fase que deve se estender por todo o primeiro semestre de 2017, alcan\u00e7ando mais de 35 candidatos j\u00e1 inscritos.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
